About Us

Alexandre Vanel is an entrepreneur, real estate agent and developer and a specialist in the execution of young companies with high growth potential.

After creating an international wine company originating in Burgundy and exported to Hong Kong, of which he was the co-owner, developer and designer, he obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Finance.

His father is the founder of a construction company and architecture based around Lake Geneva, in which Alexandre Vanel mainly participated in the extension which led to the completion of several real estate promotions in the Geneva region. He has since been a real estate entrepreneur.

In 2016, he is an executive in a multinational in Geneva, he remains five consecutive years.

Since 2021, he and his partner are founders and creators of Marbella Cribs Group in Marbella. This entity covers real estate sales, lifestyle, property management, seasonal rentals and future real estate development on the Costa Del Sol.

I am Léa Belateche, real estate agent and passionate entrepreneur. Originally from France, I spent a large part of my career in the real estate field in Brussels, where my family is now based.

From a young age, I have been fascinated by the world of real estate and the possibility of helping people find their ideal home. I have always been drawn to the practical and emotional aspects of this ever-changing industry. For me, real estate is much more than just a job, it’s a passion that drives me every day.

Over the years, I have acquired a solid experience in the real estate sector, developing key skills such as negotiation, transaction management and a deep understanding of local markets. I have also cultivated a strong network of industry professionals, which allows me to provide my clients with sound advice and unique opportunities.

Today, as an entrepreneur, I am proud to put my knowledge and expertise into practice to help my clients realize their real estate projects. My client-centric approach, my active listening and my unwavering commitment allow me to create lasting relationships of trust. I am committed to providing quality service and guiding my clients every step of the way, whether buying, selling or renting real estate.

Tatiana Chpirnaia is an independent real estate broker since 2009.

After graduation in Bachelor in Business Administration in EPSCI, Group ESSEC, and Sorbonne University (History of Arts and Archeology) in France, and successful experience in various professional fields, she was attracted by real estate activity and integrated Century 21 Group in 2009, winning “Top 21 Reward” in 2011.

In 2012, she joined John Taylor luxury real estate agency situated in the Golden Triangle in Paris, where she worked for over 10 years. She was in charge of high-end clients looking to buy, invest or sell their properties in Paris.

Fascinated by Spain, especially by Andalucia region, its culture, life quality, people coming from all over the world, Marbella being one of the jewels of the region, she has chosen to join the Marbella Cribs Group team in the summer of 2023.

Tatiana speaks 4 languages perfectly: English, French, Spanish, and Russian.

She has chosen to join the Marbella Cribs Group team, for an exciting experience. She will be responsible for her portfolio of international clients.
